Late Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a session you must do so with a 3-hour notice or you will incur a late cancellation charge of £2.50.
If you are on a trial membership you still must give 3 hours notice to cancel classes otherwise you may be charged £2.50 late cancellation fee and / or may lose your membership.
Expiration Dates & Refunds
Please be aware that all purchased services have an expiration date, including; classes, PT sessions, gift cards, trial services, memberships, and all of our services.
Please take note of the expiration dates on each of the services you purchase as we have a strict no-refunds policy on expired services.
We have a strict no refund policy on all and any purchases unless there is a fault with your product.
You must ensure that you purchase the correct pass for the correct gym, we do not issue refunds for passes and memberships bought incorrectly, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure they buy the correct pass.
When you purchase any of our products and services you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out in the terms and conditions on this website and you are also agreeing to the terms of the contract on your purchase receipt and membership contracts.
Once you agree to purchase a membership or sign up for our contract packages you are agreeing to pay the full sum amount as listed in the contract you purchase. You must ensure that you have enough money in your account each month to clear the balance for the monthly membership fees.
If we agree to terminate a contract upon request, we will charge a minimum of 50% of the reminder of the fees due on the contract
Any missed direct debit payments may incur a further admin fee of up to £2.50.
Trial classes are for newcomers only and can only be purchased once, clients who purchase trial classes more than once will have their trial revoked and will not be issued a refund.
Once a client has used one of the trial/intro offers, or/and if they attend any class or PT session, they are no longer considered new clients and will not be able to buy a second intro offer.
Membership Renewals
When you purchase a membership you are agreeing to pay the full amount as stipulated on your contract.
Once your contract expires, you will still be billed monthly on an on-rolling basis at the same price.
In order to cancel a membership after your contract term expires, you must do so via the app / website, or you must write to info@morenoboxing.co.uk to inform us of your decision to cancel.
Failure to cancel your membership once your contract expires, will result in your bank card being charged monthly for the membership fee.
Please be aware that we do not offer cash refunds for any membership charges.
Damaged Goods and Returns
We will be happy to replace any purchased goods within 30 days of the purchase date and we offer a 30 day guarantee on all purchased goods.
We will aim to replace damaged goods with a brand new one but failing to do so we will refund 100% of the cost.
Freezing Memberships
We are able to freeze monthly memberships for up to 2 weeks free of charge.
For memberships being frozen longer than 2 weeks, we charge a fee of £20 per month (more than 2 weeks).
We allow a membership to be frozen up to a maximum period of 3 months.
We are not obligated to freeze memberships and it is completely at our discretion whether we do so.
We will only freeze a membership for customers who are on a contract on-rolling monthly membership (direct debit).
We do not freeze memberships during the holiday period in December.
Lost Property
Please be aware that we are not responsible for any property or items left behind on our premises, or any items stored in our lockers or any of our storage facilities.
Please note that any items left behind at our gym and items which go unclaimed will be disposed of / thrown out of our premises.
Moreno Fitness Limited will not be held liable and is completely indemnified of any loss of property arising from use of our facilities and services.
Injury and Claims
In choosing to participate in any of the activities offered by Moreno Fitness Limited you hereby accept full liability for the risk of partaking in the sport of boxing.
You accept that by attending our classes and PT sessions you risk being injured / severely injured / death due to the nature of boxing that is a sport involving physical contact and violence.
In choosing to participate in the activities offered by Moreno Boxing you hereby entirely and completely indemnify Moreno Fitness Limited from any claims or legal action for any and all injuries and losses of property or otherwise, arising from your participation in any and all of our activities and services.

Filming During Classes
Our instructors are asked to film content from classes in order to post on social networks, however we are aware that some customers may wish not to be filmed during classes. If you do no wish to be filmed, please let inform our instructors so that they are aware and will not film you.
Social networking sites
We maintain an online presence on popular social media websites including (but not limited to) Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and Google plus. We use these websites to share our news, upcoming events and to celebrate our culture. By engaging with us on these sites, you are accepting that the webpages are available to the general public and agree to the following:
social media web pages are not private, please do not share your personal account information on any of the websites, including through the use of private messages
although we do always try to read every message sent to us on social media, we cannot guarantee a response to every message
any pictures you provide on our social media web pages may be used within our internal newsletters
any information that you provide us with on social media webpages may be retained by the webpage for longer than your relationship with us

Moreno Boxing uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect all network traffic between your PC and our systems. All information travelling to and from our website is safe against interception by third parties who might otherwise use that information without your consent.
SSL also protects you by confirming that you are looking at Moreno Boxing’s website and not a fraudulent site designed to trick you into disclosing your personal information.
